Welcome to Rhinocon 2026. By registering for and attending our conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process for Rhinocon 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Registration & Eligibility

• All registrations must be completed online through our official registration portal
• The registration is valid only for the registered individual and is non-transferable
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• The organizers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants

3. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway
• GST @18% is applicable on all registration fees
• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment

4. Conference Participation

• Registered participants will receive a conference badge for identification
• The badge must be worn at all times during the conference
• Access to sessions, workshops, and events is subject to availability
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the conference schedule

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Behave professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, speakers, and staff
• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines
• Not engage in any commercial activities without prior approval

6. Intellectual Property

• All conference materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of their respective owners
• Recording, photographing, or distributing conference content without permission is prohibited
• The conference may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes

7. Photography & Media

By attending Rhinocon 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional, educational, and archival purposes by the organizers.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the conference
• Participants attend at their own risk and are advised to have appropriate insurance
• The organizers are not liable for any technical issues during virtual/hybrid sessions

9. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies), the organizers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the conference. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and appropriate arrangements will be made.

10. Changes to Terms

The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our official website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
